You can request permanent deletion of your KridX account and associated personal data. This page explains what is removed, what may be retained, and how to submit a request.
KridX respects your right to control your personal information. If you no longer wish to use our sports facility booking platform, you may request that we delete your account and associated data as described below.
When your deletion request is approved, we remove or anonymize personal data tied to your account, including:

Retained data is limited to what is necessary and handled in line with our Privacy Policy.
Cancel or complete any upcoming bookings before requesting deletion. Deleting your account does not automatically refund pending payments; refer to our cancellation policy for refund eligibility.
If you use the KridX mobile app, you can also reach support from Help & Support in the app menu, then email us at support@kridx.com to request account deletion. The same verification and processing steps apply.
