Delete your account

You can request permanent deletion of your KridX account and associated personal data. This page explains what is removed, what may be retained, and how to submit a request.

Account deletion

KridX respects your right to control your personal information. If you no longer wish to use our sports facility booking platform, you may request that we delete your account and associated data as described below.

How to request deletion

  1. Sign in to the email address linked to your KridX account.
  2. Send an email to support@kridx.com with the subject line "Account deletion request".
  3. Include the email address or phone number registered on your account and, if applicable, your most recent booking reference.
  4. We will verify your identity and confirm deletion within 30 days, unless a longer period is required by law.

What we delete

When your deletion request is approved, we remove or anonymize personal data tied to your account, including:

  • Profile information (name, email, phone, profile photo)
  • Login credentials and session data
  • Saved preferences and notification settings
  • Reviews or content you submitted that identifies you

What we may retain

Some information may be kept where required for legal, tax, fraud prevention, or dispute resolution purposes, including:

  • Transaction and booking records required for accounting or regulatory compliance
  • Aggregated or anonymized analytics that cannot identify you
  • Communications related to your deletion request for audit purposes

Retained data is limited to what is necessary and handled in line with our Privacy Policy.

Before you delete

Cancel or complete any upcoming bookings before requesting deletion. Deleting your account does not automatically refund pending payments; refer to our cancellation policy for refund eligibility.

Using the mobile app

If you use the KridX mobile app, you can also reach support from Help & Support in the app menu, then email us at support@kridx.com to request account deletion. The same verification and processing steps apply.
