1. How do I book a sports facility?
Browse venues on KridX, choose your sport and time slot, then complete payment to confirm your booking. You can view upcoming bookings from your dashboard.
2. What is the cancellation policy?
Cancellations made at least 24 hours before your session are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations within 12 hours may receive a partial refund. See our cancellation policy for full details.
3. How can I reschedule or cancel a booking?
Open My Bookings from your account, select the booking, and use the cancel or modify options where available. For help with edge cases, contact support.
4. I have a payment issue. What should I do?
Note your booking reference and payment ID, then email support@kridx.com or call us. We will investigate with our payment partner and respond as soon as possible.
